It was Moved that the thanks of this Court be given
to the Gentleman
who compose the prison Committee for their Steady
attention to the Interest of the County and their unremitted zeal [..]
in the Execution of the powers with which they were invested
which being agreed to and several of the Gentlemen being presen [..]
The Chairman in his place returned them the Thanks of the Court
accordingly
A Motion was made and Seconded that the thanks of
this Court be given to Herbert Mackworth< no role >
Esqr
. for the Services
which he has rendered the County of Middlesex
in the instance
abovementioned and the same being unanimously agreed to It [..]
Ordered that the Thanks of this Court be given to Herbert Mack< no role >
Esquire accordingly and that the Clerk of the peace
do wait upon Mr
Mackworth with the same
By adjournment same day
It is Ordered that the Report of the Committee of His
Majestys Justices of the peace
for this County appointed to Search
after a proper piece of Ground whereon to Erect a New Session
house which stood postponed unto this day be and the same is house
further postponed to the County day of the next Session
