By adjournment Thursday 7th December 1775

The Deputy Clerk of the peace having reported that
due notice had been given to the Gentlemen in the Commission of
the peace for this County of the Subject proposed to be taken into
Consideration this day pursuant to the order of Court of the County
day of the last Session: and the said order being read as well as
the order of Court of the Eighth of December 1774 respecting the
rebuilding the Session House for this County A Motion was
made and Seconded that so much of the order of Session
