so much of the said Haymarket
as is within the Jurisdiction of the
Justices as described in the Acts of Parliament of the 8th and 9th of King
William the Third and that they do contract with the requisite workmen
for the performance of the same and do all other matters and things in
the execution thereof as shall be fit and necessary and that the said
committee do lay this order and their Resolutions before his Majestys
Justices of the Peace
for the City and Liberty of Westminster
for their
Concurrence and further that the said Committee do report their
proceedings under this order to this Court on the County day of the
next Session of the Peace to be holden for this County

for this County It is ordered That the
order made at the General Session of this Peace holden for the
County of Middlesex
at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street
in the said
County by adjournment on Thursday the 15th. day of Mary in the 28th
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great
Britain Etc. for preventing unlawful fairs Etc. held in the said County
be and the same is hereby made an order of this Court and it is
further ordered that these words be inserted in the said order
amongst the names of such fairs as is there enumerated to be
held within Kensington
Division Vizt. Book Green otherwise
Blue Green fair Chiswick fair Walham Green
fair And it is
likewise ordered that 1000 Copies of the said Order be forthwith
printed and delivered to the Respective High Constables of the
several divisions in which such fairs are held here follows a Copy
of the order so amended and referred to as aforesaid
It being Represented to this Court, that several
common Players of Interludes, Camesters, and other loose idle
and disorderly persons have for several Years used and
accustomed to assemble and meet together at several fairs or
pretended fairs, held in this County of Middlesex
not warranted
by Law to wit Tottenham Court
fair Hampstead
fair and Paddington
fair in Holborn division; the Shepherds Bush fair, Acton Fair
Sher king fair Brook Green otherwise Blue green fair Chiswick
fair walham Green
fair in Kensington
division the Welch
fair in Finsbury Division Mile End fair and Bow fair commonly
called Green Goose fair in the Tower
Division and may fair in
Westminster
Division some of which fairs continue for a fortnight
and others for three weeks and where great members of people
stay till one or two of the Clock in the Morning And such players
of Interludes and other evil disposed persons have frequently
taken upon them 10 contract for Ground and thereupon built
