It is Ordered by this Court that William Nepuen< no role > Esqr . be and he is
hereby nominated chosen appointed & continued Treasurer of the
moneys collected and received or to be collected and received for
the reliefe of Maimed Soldiers and Mariners inhabiting &
residing within the Hundreds of Elthorne , Spelthorne , and
Isleworth in this County for the year One thousand Seven
hundred and thirty five, And he is appointed and desired to
take the account of John Tarver< no role > Esqr .the Treasurer for the Said
Hundreds for the years One thousand Seven hundred and
thirty one and One thousand Seven hundred and thirty two
(if the Same be not already taken) in the presence of the Honble.

Gwynne Vaughan< no role > , Rupert Browne< no role > , John Crookshank< no role > ,

Justices of the peace for this County as have been
Treasurers for the Said Hundreds for the purposes
aforesaid or any four of them.

he is hereby nominated appointed and continued Treasurer
of the moneys collected & received or to be collected and
received for the Marshalsea King's Bench and Hospitalls for
the Hundreds of Elthorne , Spelthorne , and Isleworth in this
County for the year One thousand Seven hundred & thirty
five.

John Simmonds< no role > maimed Soldiers & Mariners who are Pentioners
for or within the Hundreds of Elthorne Spelthorne & Isleworth in this
County, alledgeing that a yearly pention of three pounds was
formerly granted to each of them the Said John Williams< no role > &
John Simmonds< no role > by theQuarterCourt of Quarter Sessions of the peace
holden for the Said County, And that they have not been paid
their Said respective Pentions which were payable to them for
two years last past (to witt) the yeares one thousand Seven
