Service) to be allowed to the Said William Bowman< no role > for
his trouble & expences in passing & releiving of Vagrants,
he duely performing the Said Service, which Salary is to
be paid to him quarterly as the Court of General or Quarter
Sessions of the peace for this County Shall in that behalfe
Order & direct.

Whereas by an Order made at the General Sessions of the
peace holden for this County by adjornment on Thursday the
Sixth day of December One thousand Seven hundred [..] and
thirty three It was Ordered that Henry Barker< no role > Esqr . & James
Clitherow Esqr . two of his Maties Justices of the peace for the
said County and also Treasurers of the moneys raised to
defray the expence of repairing the publick bridges of this
County were desired thereout forthwith to pay unto George
Palmer &
< no role > Silas Palmer< no role > Administrators of the goods &
credits of John Palmer< no role > their late Brother deced (on produceing
to the Said Treasurers the letters of Administration in that
behalf granted) the Sum of eighty three pounds
nineteen Shillings & four pence which was due to the Said
John Palmer< no role > in his life time and at the time of his death
for work by him done and materials by him found
provided and used in & about the repairing of a publick
Bridge called Brentford Bridge in this County (which was
in great decay for want of repaire and had been formerly
usually repaired at the charge of the Inhabitants of the Said
County) which Sum when paid was to be in full of all
their demands against this County as Administrators
of their Said late Brother, And whereas the Said George
Palmer & Silas Palmer have applyed unto this Court
alledgeing that they have received in part of the Said
Sum, the Several Sums of money following (to witt) of the
Said Mr. Clitherow Sixteen pounds three Shillings & eight
pence, and of the Said Mr. Barker Sixty one pounds amounting
together to Seventy Seven pounds three Shillings & eight
pence, But that the Sum of Six pounds fifteen Shillings &
eight pence the remainderof the Said Sum of Six pounds
fifteen Shillings & eight pence the remainder
of the Said
Sum of eighty three pounds nineteen Shillings & four
pence is yet remaining due to them on account of their
Said demand as Administrators to their Said late Brother,
