divers times published in one of the publick News
papers for the better notification thereof, Now upon
information given to this Court that Several comon
players of interludes or others have not withstanding
Such Order presumed, to act exhibite & Shew at or
neare the aforesaid place Drolls plays or other
Shows, and to keep gameing tables and to continue
the doing thereof In contempt of the Said Order,
And it appearing that they have caused
Advertisements thereof to be printed in Some of the
publick News papers , It is Ordered by this Court that
it be And It is hereby recommended unto his
Maties Justices of the peace for the Said County residing
in Holborn Division in the Same County to putt
the Said Order in execution and to proceed against
all persons offending in the premisses as the Law
in Such case directs, And the high Constable of
Holborn Division aforesaid is required to use Such
lawfull means as may be effectual for preventing
the abuses aforesaid.

the allotting &
Ordering the statute
work to be done upon
the highways leading
to Highgate Gatehouse
and Hampstead .}

It is Ordered by this Court that the matter touching
the allotting appointing & Ordering the Statute work to
be done this present yeare by the Several parishes
(which have not yet in that respect compounded
with the Trustees) on the high ways leading to
Highgate Gatehouse and Hampsted in this County
according to a late Act of Parliament in Such case
made, be and the Same is hereby adjorned untill the
County day of the next General Sessions of the peace
to be holden for the Said County (to witt) Thursday
the twenty eighth day of August instant.
