the peace of this County being present before his Maties
Justices of the peace for the Said County, This Court was of
opinion that the Said Mr. Robe hath been cheifly
concerned in exciting and carrying on the prosecution
above mentioned against the Said Mr. Higgs, And doth
thereupon Order that a Committee be appointed to draw
up a Representation thereof upon the facts appearing by
the Examinations taken this day to be laid before the
right honble. the Lord high Chancellor of Great Britain,
And that Nathaniel Blackerby< no role > Nicholas Jeffreys< no role > Samuel
Savile
< no role > John Mercer< no role > John Martin< no role > Anthony Chamberlain< no role >
John Elliott< no role > This name instance is in set 3963. Robert Tothill< no role > Robert Hinde< no role > the Younger
Richard Farwell< no role > & Alexander Garrett< no role > Esqrs . Justices of the
peace of this County or any three of them be and they are
hereby appointed a Committee to draw up the
Representation aforesaid, And to lay a Drat. thereof
before the Court of the next General Quarter Sessions of the
peace for this County on the County day of the Same
Sessions.

the passing & releiving
of Vagrants Etc}

Complaint haveing been made to this Court that his
Maties Court of King's Bench was moved in Hillary Term
last for an Information against John Higgs< no role > Gent Treasurer
of the moneys directed by an Order and a Rate made by the
Court of General Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for
this County in the week next after the close of Easter last to
be raised upon the Several parishes hamlets & places in
this County to defray the expences of passing & releiving
of Vagrants, For that he the Said John Higgs< no role > had issued a
precept under his hand & Seale directed to Alexander Clark< no role >
Gent high Constable of Holborn Division to make a Rate
or Assessment on the Several Inhabitants in the Several
parishes & places in his Division for passing Vagrants,
And that a Rule of the Said Court of King's Bench hath
been Served upon the Said John Higgs< no role > for his Shewing
cause the first day of Easter Term next why Such
