(to witt) the 14th. day of April 1735 .

Chairman of the Court of
Sessions for his learned
Charge, and to desire him
to cause the Same to be
printed}

His Maties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx assembled
at this present Sessions Doe Order that their thanks be and they are
hereby given unto Thomas Lane< no role > Esqr . Chairman of this Court for
the learned Charge by him this day given to the Grand Jury
and other Jurys assembled at this present Sessions, And do desire
that he will be pleased to cause his Said Charge to be printed,

present year 1735}

It is Ordered by this Court that Jacob Harvey< no role > Esqr . be and he is
hereby nominated chosen appointed & continued Treasurer
of the moneys collected & received or to be collected & received
for the releife of Maimed Soldiers and Mariners inhabiting &
residing in the Hundreds of Ossulston, Edmonton and Gore
in this County for the year One thousand Seven hundred &
thirty five, and he is appointed and desired to take the Account
of Thomas Pindar< no role > Esqr . Treasurer for the Said Hundreds for the
years One thousand Seven hundred and thirty one, And One
thousand Seven hundred and thirty two (if the Same be not
already taken) in the presence of St. John Gouson< no role > Knt . Sr. Henry
Penrice
< no role > Knt. Richard Browne< no role > John Fuller< no role > Nicholas Jeffreys< no role >
Thomas Thayer< no role > Barwell Smith< no role > Robert Hinde< no role > the younger
Esqrs . and Such other of his Maties Justices of the peace for this
County as have been Treasurers for the Said Hundreds for the
purposes aforesaid or any three of them.

he is hereby nominated appointed & continued Treasurer of
the moneys collected and received or to be collected and
received for the Marshalsea King's Bench and Hospitalls for
the Hundreds of Ossulston , Edmonton , and Gore in this County
for the year One thousand Seven hundred and thirty five.
