Examine the Accounts of
Henry Barker< no role > Esqr . Treasurer
of the Bridge money Etc}

The Account of Henry Barker< no role > Esqr . one of his Maties Justices of the
peace for this County touching the moneys by him received as
Treasurer of the Bridge money by vertue of the Rate made for
roiseing of moneys for repaire of the publick [..] Bridges
of this County, and of his disbursements out of the Same, being this
day transmitted to this Court by the Said Mr. Barker, It is Ordered by this
Court that it be And It is hereby recomended & referred unto the
Committee of his Maties Justices of the peace of this County appointed
to take the accounts of the Treasurers of the Said County to inspect
& examine the Said account and to inspect his Vouchers for his Said
disbursements, And to See if any and what Sum of money is
remaining in the hands of the Said Mr. Barker upon the ballance
of his Said account, which Vouchers he is desired to produce
before the said Committee at Such time & place as the Same
Committee Shall for that purpose appoint, And the Said Mr. Barker is
desired to be present at the next General Sessions of the peace to be
holden for this County on the County day of the Same Sessions
(to witt) Thursday the fifth day of December next, in relation to his
Said Account and the moneys Standing out and in arreare upon
the said Rate.
