passing & releiving of Vagrants for halfe a year ending at Lady day
one thousand Seven hundred and thirty four, And that the
receipt of the Said William Martin< no role > together with this Order
Shall be a Sufficient discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such
payment.

prisoners of the Kings
Bench & Marshalsea for
two years ending in
Trinity Terme 1734 Etc}

Whereas the yearly Sum of two pounds hath been payable
from this County and hath been paid for exhibition money
for a great many years unto the Receiver for the time being
of the exhibition money payable for releife of the poor
prisoners of the Kings Bench, and Marshalsea, pursuant to an
Act of Parliament in Such case made, and two Shillings
yearly hath been paid to Such Receiver for writing & Signing
an acquittance for the Same, which yearly Sum is payable
out of the moneys received by vertue of the annual Rate
made upon the Several parishes & places in this County at
the General Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for the said
County in the week next after Easter yearly for raiseing of
moneys for the Marshalsea, Kings Bench and hospitalls,
Now upon information given unto this Court that the
Sum of four pounds is due and in arreare from this County
unto the poor Prisoners of the Kings Bench and Marshalsea
for two yeares ending in Trinity Terme one thousand
Seven hundred and thirty four, And that notice was given
that the Court of Kings Bench would be moved for not
paying the Same This Court being Satisfyed of the truth
thereof Doth Order that John Higgs< no role > Gentl General Treasurer
of this County Doe out of the moneys by him received for the
Marshalsea, Kings Bench & Hospitalls pay or cause to be
paid unto Henry Masterman< no role > Esqr . present Receiver of the
exhibition money payable for releife of the poor
prisoners of the Kings Bench & Marshalsea the Said Sum of
four pounds Soe in arreare as aforesaid for their use, together
with the money payable for writing &Signinggiveing
an acquittance for the Same, And that his receipt Shall be
a Sufficient discharge to the Said Mr. Higgs for Such payment.
