tohasSuch other person or persons as Shall be by the Justices of the
peace of the Said County or the major part of their elected
nominated & appointed to be Keeper of the Said prison in the Stead
& place of the Said Thomas Cavenagh< no role > , Then this Obligation to be
voyd, But if default Shall be made by the Said Thomas Cavenagh< no role >
his Execrs. or Admrs. or any of them in any of the premisses
aforesaid Then the Said obligation is to be & remaine in full
force and vertue,

maimed Soldiers & Mariners
within the Hundreds of
Elthorne Spelthorne &
Istleworth as to the
maimed Soldiers and
Mariners within the
Hundreds of Ossulston
Edmonton & Gore }

Whereas Jacob Harvey< no role > Esqr . was by an Order this day made by this
Court appointed & continued Treasurer for this present Year one
thousand Seven hundred and thirty four of the moneys collected &
received or to be collected & received for releif of Maimed Soldiers &
Mariners residing within the Hundreds of Ossulston Edmonton &
Gore in this County, And the maimed Soldiers & Mariners
within the other Hundreds in the Said County (to witt) the
Hundreds of Elthorne Spelthorne & Istleworth in the Same
County being very few in Number, It is Ordered by this Court
that the Said Mr. Harvey be and he is hereby desired to pay the
pentions now due or which Shall become due for this present
year as well to the maimed Soldiers & Mariners within the
three last mentioned Hundreds as to the maimed Soldiers &
Mariners within the Saids of Ossulston Edmonton & Gore , And
that he Shall be allowed the Same upon his account.

Forasmuch as it appeareth to this Court that Mr. Thomas
Wilkinson Deputy to Peter Walter< no role > Esqr . Clerk of the peace of this
County hath disbursed the Sum of ten pounds & ten Shillings for
printing by Order of Justices of the peace of this County assembled
at the last Sessions in Seven Several News papers Advertisements
from day to day of Meetings of the Justices of the peace , Gentlemen,
Clergy, and Freeholders of the Said County at Hicks Hall
concerning the election of Representatives for the Said County
