& appointing Mr.
Isaac Singer< no role > high
Constable in his Stead

Whereas by Order made at the Generall Quarter Sessions
of the peace holden for this County by adjornment on Friday the
Ninth day of April last It was recomended unto his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace of this County inhabiting in or near the
Hundred of Spelthorne in the said County to transmitt to the
Court of this present Generall Sessions of the peace holden
for this County the name or names of such Person or Persons
as they should think fit to be high Constable within the said
Hundred in the room of William Chandler< no role > Gentleman present
high Constable within the same Hundred who hath Served
the said Office of high Constable for the Space of Three
Years and upwards And Richard Bulstrode< no role > and Leonard
Street
< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the peace
of this County residing or acting within the said Hundred
haveing Signifyed unto this Court that they are of
Opinion that Isaac Singer< no role > of the parish of Littleton
within the said Hundred of Spelthorn in this County
Gentleman is a proper Person to be appointed High
Constable within the same Hundred in the room of the
said William Chandler< no role > , It is Ordered by this Court that
(from and after such time as the Accompts of the said
William Chandler< no role > touching any Moneys by him received
for Relief of Maimed Soldiers and Mariners,
Marshalsea, Kings Bench and Hospitalls, passing of
Vagrants, repair of the house of Correction and repair
of decayed Bridges or any other Publique Moneys by him
received Shall be allowed by his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for this County residing or acting in New Brentford
Division in the said County at their Petty Sessions and
the Moneys in his hands answered to the respective
Treasures intituled to receive the same) He the said
William Chandler< no role > shall be discharged from his said
Office, And to the intent that such Accompts may be
inspected and audited the said William Chandler< no role > is hereby
required forthwith to produce the same before the said
Justices of the Peace at their said Petty Sessions together
with the Precepts to him sent for the raising of the
same, And this Court doth appoint the said Isaac Singer< no role >
to be (from the time of the allowance of the said Chandler's
