said Accompts and his answering the Moneys in his hands to the
said Treasures) high Constbale within the said Hundred of
Spelthorn in the room and place of the said William Chandler< no role > ,
And this Court doth Order that the said Isaac Singer< no role > do
after such allowance of the said Chandler 's Accompts &
his answering the said Moneys as aforesaid and upon
Service of a Coppy of this Order forthwith attend one
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County
residing in or near the said Hundred of Spelthorne ,
and take his Oath for his due Execution of the Office
of high Constable within the same Hundred,

Sessions}

Whereas by Order made at the General Quarter Sessions of
the Peace holden for this County by adjornment on Thursday
the Fifteenth day of January One thousand seven hundred
and eighteen It was Ordered that no high Constable
in this County should thereafter Continue in his Office
of high Constable above the Space of Three Yeares,
And Whereas by an Order made at the Generall
Sessions of the Peace holden for the said County
by adjornment on Thursday the Twenty fifth day of
February One thousand Seven hundred and Twenty four
It was Ordered that the aforesaid Order of the fifteenth
day of January One thousand Seven hundred and eighteen
should be a Standing Order of the Court, Nemine
contradicente, And Whereas by an Order made at
the said Generall Sessions of the Peace holden for this
County By adjornment on the said Twenty fifth day of
February one thousand seven hundred and twenty four
It was (inter al) Ordered that no Standing Order already
made or which thereafter should be made should be
reversed or discharged or in any wise altered unless the
reversall or alteration of such Order be proposed and
agreed to on the County day in one Sessions, and be
Confirmed on the County day in the then next ensueing
Sessions, And Whereas the Justices of the Peace of this
