will be Inconvenient to him or any
other of the Judges, if that Session
should be holden on the Twenty
Seventh day of August next,
according to the former Appointment
of that Session; and that the said
Clerke of the Peace or his Deputy
do lay before the said Mr. Justice
Powys the Difficulty this Court
lyes under in relation to the
Notice to be given pursuant
to the late Act of Parliament
for Reliefe of Insolvent
Debtors, and desire his Opinion
thereon,
