as also in repairing several places in the said prison, and that the mony
so expended as aforesaid by the said John Geary< no role > for the uses aforesaid was
advanced by the petitoner and was to have been repaid to him by the said
John Geary< no role > out of the profits of the said prison And that the said John
Geary being incapable of paying the peticoner any part of the said mony
so advanced by the peticoner as aforesaid, It was therefore prayed by the
peticoner That this Court will be pleased to Order that such person who
shall be Ordered to succeed the said John Geary< no role > in the said Office of Keeper
of the said prison may pay unto the peticoner what shall appear to be
due to the peticoner for what hath been by him expended as aforesaid,
on such necessary Improvements or otherwise reimburse the same as
to this Court shall seem meet, Whereupon It is Ordered by this Court that It
be and it is hereby recomended and referred unto John Fuller< no role > William
Cotesworth
< no role > Thomas pindar< no role > William Kingsford< no role > Simon Michel< no role > John Ellis< no role >
Charles Floyer< no role > Grein Vaughan< no role > Jacob Delamot Blagny< no role > Thomas Thayer< no role >
and Henry Lowth< no role > Esqrs Justices of the peace for this County or any three
of them to examine into the truth of the matters aforesaid, And to convene
before them such person or persons as they shall think proper for that
purpose And to report their Opinions in writing touching the premisses
unto his Maties Justices of the peace for this County to be Assembled in
Sessions.

Order for dischargeing Wm.

Constable of Finsbury Division }

It is Ordered by this Court that William Warren< no role > Gent High Constable of
Finsbury Division in this County be and he is hereby discharged, from
his said Office of High Constable.

Order for appointing Wm.
Fletcher Gent< no role > high Constable
of Finsbury Division }

It is ordered by this Court that William Fletcher< no role > of the parish of St. Giles
without Cripplegate within Finsbury Division in this County Gent be and
he is hereby appointed high Constable of the same Division in the room of
William Warren< no role > Gent who was this day discharged from being high
Constable of the said Division.

Order concerning Braint
Bridge ats Hanwell
Bridge Etc.}

Whereas by an Order made at the General Sessions of the peace holden
for this County by Adjornment on Saturday the fifth day of
December last an Inquiry and transaction of an affair touching
the repaireing of a certain Bridge called Braint Bridge ats
Hanwell Bridge over the Biver Braint in or near the parish of
Hanwell in the said County and in the Kings high way leading
from Actan towards Southall in this County was referred unto
James Clitherow< no role > John Offley< no role > John Venner< no role > Richard Bulstrode< no role >
Nicholas Bland< no role > and Henry Kelsall< no role > This name instance is in set 2726. Esqrs Justices of the peace
for this County or any three of them as a Comittee in such manner
as in the said Order is particularly expressed, and to actify an
accompt in writing of what should appear to them and of their
proceedings with their opinions touching the premisses to the
