General Sessions of the Peace to be holden for
this County by adjornment on Thursday the
Twenty Second day of May next at three of the
Clock in the afternoon to Shew cause why he
did not pay the Sume of Twenty Pounds from
him due and payable at Lady Day One
thousand seven hundred and twenty seven as
Keeper of New Prison aforesaid on Account
of repaireing the Same unto Thomas Thayer< no role >
Esquire Treasurer for that Yeare for maimed
Soldiers and Mariners within the Hundreds of
Ossulston Edmonton and Gore in this County and
also the like Sume of Twenty Pounds from
him due and payable at Lady Day One
thousand seven hundred and Twenty Eight
Upon the like Account of repaireing the Said
Prison unto Barwell Smith< no role > Esqr . Treasurer
for that Yeare for maimed Soldiers and
Mariners within the said Hundreds in order
to repay the Moneys borrowed of and advanced
by Sir Henry Penrice< no role > Knight formerly Treasurer
for maimed Soldiers and Mariners within
the said Hundreds, to defray the expence and
charge of Strengthening and Repairing the
said Prison since the Time of the said Joshua
Walkers
< no role > being appointed Keeper of the Same,

P adjorn Veneris 18o. die Aprilis 1729

Order that all Peticons
of particular Persons
shall be Signed by
the Petitioners or
their Sollicitors

This Court taking Notice that severall Petitions
are from time to time presented purporting to
be the Petitions of particular Persons but not
Signed by them or any other for them Doth order
that noe such Petition to be hereafter preferred
to the Court of Generall Quarter or Generall
Sessions of the Peace for this County shall be
