payment of the same, It is Ordered by this
Court that it be And it is hereby recomended
and referred unto the Committee of his
Majestyes Justices of the Peace for this County
(to whom the takeing and adjusting of the
Treasurers , Accounts Stands referred) to
peruse and inspect the Certificates of
Allowances given to the said late Petty
Constables respectively by any of the Justices
of the Peace of this County for their Trouble
and Expences in passing and relieveing of
Vagrants, and to examine if the Sumes of
Money allowed them for such Service are
just and reasonable and such as ought to be
allowed, and if any and what Sume of Money
is due to the said late Petty Constables,
respectively for the said Service, And to
report their Opinions touching the Premisses
to the Court of Sessions of the Peace for this
County as soon as conveniently they can,

Upon Information given unto this Court by James
Harrison Esquire one of his Majestyes Justices of
the Peace for this County and Treasurer for the
Year One thousand Seven hundred and twenty eight
of the Moneys raised for Reliefe of Maimed
Soldiers and Marriners within the Hundreds
of Elthorne Spelthorn and Istleworth in the said
County, that Thomas Wilkinson< no role > Gentleman
High Constable within the Hundred of Elthorne
John Merrit< no role > Gentleman and Thomas Rolfe< no role >
Gentleman High Constable within the Hundred
