Seventh Day of July now next ensueing pay the
Severall Sumes of Ten Pounds three Shillings
and eight pence and Ten Pounds three Shillings and
eight pence amounting in the whole to Twenty
Pounds Seven Shillings and four pence by him
received by Vertue of Severall Rates made for
raiseing of Moneys for Relief of Maimed
Soldiers
and Mariners
within the Hundreds of
Elthorne
Spelthorne
and Isleworth
in the said
County unto

in the Year One thousand Seven Hundred and
Twenty eight of the Moneys raised for Reliefe
of such Maimed Soldiers and Mariners And
