within the said Hundreds to defray
the expence and charge of Strengthening and
repairing the said Prison since the time of the said
Joshua Walkers< no role >
being appointed Keeper of the
same, And in case the Said Joshua Walker shall
make default in payment as aforesaid the Bond
by him given as Keeper of New Prison

shall be put in Suit against him,

of this County be and he is hereby
desired and authorized to lay out any Sume of
Money not exceeding Twelve Pounds in putting
up and fixing good and substantiall Umbrellars
to the said South and West Windows of the Great
Dineing Room of Hicks hall
aforesaid,
which Umbrellars are to be soe Contrived as
to be easily taken downe in the
Winter Season< no role >
for the better preservation of the Same,
