be sufficient Discharges to the said Mr.
Cotesworth for such respective payments,
Now upon Information given unto this Court
by the said Mr. Cotesworth that he hath caused
the Repaires Matters and Things directed by
the said two recited Orders to be done and that
the Charge thereof amounts to the Sume of Eight
Pounds and Nineteen Shillings, which he hath
paid to the Workmen employed therein, And
that it is requisite that some further repaires
and alterations should be done to the Court and
Offices in the Court Yard of Hicks Hall
aforesaid, This Court being Satisfyed of the
truth of the Premisses Doth Order that the
said Sume of Eight Pounds and Nineteen
Shillings be allowed to the said Mr.
Cotesworth, And It is hereby recommended
and referred unto him the said Mr. Cotesworth
to cause such further Repaires and Alterations
to be done to the Court and Offices in the Court
Yard of Hicks hall aforesaid and to employ,
such Person or Persons to doe the same as
he shall think proper, Soe as the Charge
thereof doe not exceed the Sume of Tenn
Pounds, And the said Mr. Cotesworth is desired
to pay the Person or Persons Soe to be
employed the Moneys which shall become due
to them for the doeing thereof And the
respective Receipts of such Persons soe
Employed shall be sufficient Discharges
to the said Mr. Cotesworth for such
respective Payments,
