And this Depont. Running up pseave ye sd Mr. Pitts runing
into Brooke Streete whereupon this Depont. Psme him as
fast as hee Cold an runing up ye Streete there was a
Watchman att ye further and same will his flat in his
burn and wuld ye sd Mr. Pitts if Wee would not standlee
would Knick him downeand Just aye sd Mr. Pitts lifting
up this Stick which hee had in his Lane offered to Strick att
the watch abt ye funn tyme this Depont. Came up to Mr.
Ritts Saying Mr Pitts is it you who confused aftr. Same
tyme thatit was and this Depont. Saith yt ye Sayd Mr. Pitts
Loosing was Soe Drendfully as if her would have fallen downe

lift it up and ye said Mr. Pitts bar alight Collered Coate
and a White weascoate on undr. ye said Gray Coate which
Gray Coate had Powter Buttons and feared att ye
hands with Blew and this depont Saith ye said Mr. Ritts
