touching the Death of John Hoyle< no role > Esqr . sworne & exaied

Saith that betweene the houres of twelve & one of ye Clocke in the
morning on Friday the Seaven & Twentieth of May instant This Informt.
standing at a Bonfire over against the Inner Temple Saw ye. decd. John
Hoyle< no role > and three other Gent come as from ye young Dwell Taverne &
goe to ye. Inner Temple Gate and Soone after two of the Sd. Gents
Walke back named And this Informt. in a Short Space looking towards the said
Inner Temple Gate againe her Saw a Gent in a light coloured Coate
Strike ye sd. Mr. Hoyle upon the head wt. a naked sword & prsently after
the Sd. Mr. Hoyle fell downe upon wch. this Informt. went to helpe
him up but found him dead & his Sworn in ye scabberd by his side
and whilst this Informt. went to helpe ye. decd. up ye other Pson
made his Escape
