maketh Oath that [..]
[..] after the apprehending of the
above Defendant and at the Time of the above Defendants
and his Sureties entering into a Recognizance for his
Appearance at this present Sessions to Answer to the
above Offence this Deponent received Instructions-
from the above Defendant to prepare for his Defence
and that he would at any such Time as this
Deponent informed [..] that he was to Attend at
the said Sessions to take his Trial Attend for
that purpose and take his Trial and then desired
this Deponent to inform him of the Time necessary
And this Deponent Saith that in the beginning of
the Sessions this Deponent Searched the List of the
Indictment found against Various Persons for
Various Offences and that he did notwithstanding
such Search Over look the Indictment against the
above Defendant having been presented a found
