Honourable Court will be pleased to put off the
Tryal of the said John Scaley< no role > who new Stands
Indicted, til next Sessions there Deponents have
no doubt but divers discoveries will be made
towards the Conviction of the said John Sealy< no role > , the
said John Smith< no role > , And others Concerned with
themAnd this Deponent Meeson Schooley< no role >
on his, Oath further Saith that he verily believes
the said John Sealy< no role > has been Concerned with other
Persons not Yet Apprehended in Stealing other Goods
the property of this Deponent not mentioned
in the Indictment found against the said
John Seaby And this Deponent Apprehends that
the Disclosing the Evidence against the said
John Sealy< no role > at the present Sessions will tend to
prevent the Conviction of such other Persons
whom this Deponent hopes he might be able to
