And this Deponent had not therefore informed the above
Defendant of the Necessity of lies Surrendering to take his Trial-
And this Deponent Saith that he having on the Day after
the Trial of the Persons who were Indicted for the Stealing
of the several Things (for the receiving and Crying of which
the above Defendant now Stands Indicted) been informed
by one of the Defendants [..] Friends who was in Court at the
Time of such Trial that the Name of the Defendant
was Called for for his Appearance to take his Trial
this Deponent did immediately A [..] at the Sessions
house and found for the first Time that the above
Deponent was Indicted for the above Offence and
that he had been Called on his Recognizance for nor
Attending to take his Trial And this Deponent Saith
heat he did [..] thereupon Giere the Bronecestor
written Notice that the above named Defendant
would on Tuesday the fourteenth day of December
instant Attend and take his Trial and the said
Defendant and the Prosecutors Wife and other
Evidences both for the Defendant and the Prosecutor
did on the said fourteenth day of December instant
Attend in this Court before and at the Sitting of
the Court on that Day to take his Trial And this
Deponent Saith that on Application to the Court
