Branch afsd. and there delivered to him this Informant
out of the said Bundle Eight Mens Coals which he now produces and
saith that they are his Property and the same
that he so received from her the said Frances
Biggs< no role > and which were taken from his house as
aforesaid, saith That he this Informant Observed
to her that the said Eight Coats were not the
whole of his property which he had Cost whom the sd. Frances Bris said that
she would Produce the whole property that was stolen and the Thieves
in a Short timeThat she amused him fram
time to time with this Promise Out not being able
to get any other Information from her he caused
her to be apprehended on Suspicion ofthe saidhaving been concerned
