Justices of the Peace for the
said County

Who being severally upon Oath say and
first this Informant James Hammerton< no role >
for himself saith that he lives in the
Hope Walk near the Middlesex Hospital
that on his Return homes to his House
as aforesaid between twelve and one
o'Clock last Night he [..] found [..] his
Land House had been broke Open and
the following things feloniously taken
and Carried away vizt. one pair of Sheet
a Quilt a Window Curtain a [..] Jackets
a frock a Sack and a Quantity of Apples
And this Informant Henry Crocker< no role > for
himself saith that about twelve o'Clock
last Night he was going along Tottenham
Court road when he saw the person now
present who calls himself Samuel
Wallis< no role > with a Sack Containing the things
above described by the other Informant
