Cart and Horse were stoppedThat said Oakley told said Jenkins
and this Informant that he would go back and enquire who
had stopped the Cart and see what was done with Philimore,
ferit desiring Jenkins and this Informant to wait for him
in Oxford Street That said Oakley returned is half an hour
and told them that Philimore was apprehended for stealing
the SheepThat said Jenkins Oakley and this Informant then
went to a Public House on the left hand side near Tottenham
Court Road and drank some Beer, when said Oakley
appointed a Meeting the next Morning at the Cock in Tottenham
Court Road where they met and after drinking some Time
they parted, said Oakley saying he would enquire
what had become of Philimore.
