Who being on Oath say and first said Charles Nicholson< no role >
says that on Monday night last he was robbed in the
Road between Tottenham Court and Battle Bridge
by 5
Footpads, of a Handkerchief and a pair of Buckles
now produced, together with a Watch and Eighteen pence
in Money, and does verily believe that a Person now
present who calls himself John Buckley< no role >
, is one of
the said Footpads. And the said William Weston< no role >
says
that on the same Evening, he with others apprehended
the said John Buckley< no role >
near the same spot, and upon
searching him, he found the Handkerchief and Pair of
Buckles now produced, and claimed by the said Charles
Nicholson< no role >
.
