This Informant upon his Oath saith
that on Wednesday the 25th. Day of
July Instant a Man who saith his
Name is John Forde< no role >
came into his
House who is Victualler
and went
into his this Informant Parlourwho
and Called for a Pint of Strong Beer
and afterwards Desired it might be
a Quart Tankard of Strong Beer
Instead of a Pint which he had first
Called for which Quart Tankard of
Strong Beer was Brought to the said

in a Silver Quart Tankard
and this Informant saw the said John Forde< no role >
drink out of the said Silver Quart Tankard
which was Delivered to himpleased before him by his Servant
