together wth: Mr. Pitts, Mr
Kingsmills, Mr. Clarke and Mr. Fylney came to this
Informts. Mars. house about Six of the Clock on
Thursday night being the 26o. of May instant
and all of them stayd (but Mr.l Filney) untill near
one of the Clock this mornign during wch. time
they had Six qts. and one pint of WinerAnd
this Informt. attending of them Observd there
Did arise [..] a Difference between Mr. Pitt, and
the dead John Hoyle< no role >
, and this Informt. remember he
heard Mr. Pitt say to the Decd, that he had given
him such an affront as he could not bear, And yt
he would see wt the decd was made on, speaking
the sd Wonds in a Passion, And this Informt.
Did see Mr. Clark prevent any Clows to giv'n
on vither Side, in tenposing between them as
much as he could or to yt Effect. a further
