It is Ordered that the Clerk give notice to Mr. John George< no role >
and Mr. Roger Harrison< no role > This name instance is in set 1644. who have severally desired to be appoint
Collectors of the Rates or Assessments that this Committee will on
Monday the Twenty fourth Instant at four o Clock proceed to
the appointment of a Collector and that they do in the mean
time send to the Clerk the Names and Places of abode of
Two Persons to become Security for their faithfull Executing
such Office each of such Security to give Bond in the Penalty
of Five hundred Pounds

Adjourned to the 24th- Instant at four
o Clock in the afternoon

June 21st: 1771

Ordered that it be Recommended to the several Committees
that all Contracts be signed by the Committees as well as by the Contract
and that both parts of each Contract be returned to the Commissioners
in order for their Subscribing their Confirmation thereto

That it be also Recommended to the several Committees
that the Sums as well as the Names of the Proposers be inserted
in the Minutes

Ordered that the Commissioners Surveyor do Superintend
and direct the fixing of the Lamp Irons and all other Works
to be done under the Act
