Examination TextFrances Curnin aged about 26 years lodging in Johnson's Court in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith that she is the wife of James Curnin (gone abroad) to whom she was married at Drumriley in Ireland about nine years ago, that her said husband lived in and rented an house in Maynard Street in the Parish of St Giles in the Fields in the County of Middlesex for the space of six months at the yearly rent of 16 pounds besides taxes, quitted the same Christmas 1774, that her said husband hath not kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year nor paid any parish taxes since, that she hath two children by her said husband to wit Patrick aged seven years and upwards and Catherine aged three years and upwards both now with this Examinant. Sworn the seventh Day of March 1776 before Thomas Bullard.
