The Condicon of this Obligacon is Such That Whereas the Churchwardens above
named Phillip Pinckney< no role > Benjamin Harvy< no role > John Dorrill< no role > & Mathew Beaver< no role >
Overseers of the poore of the parish of St. Clement Danes in the County of Middx
with the assent of two Justices of the peace according to the Statute in that case
made & provided have putt Ann Harriotts< no role > apprentice to Elmor Philp< no role > wife
of the above bound William Philp< no role > and have given with the said Apprentice
Five & Forty Shillings If therefore the above bound William Philp &
Samuel Moore< no role > or either of them or either of their Execrs. Admrs. or Assignes
doe & Shall well & Sufficiently keepe & maintaine the said Apprentice in by &
with all & all manner of needfull & necessary meale drink washing lodging
apparrell linnen & all other necessaryes meete & convenient for Such an
Apprentice dureing the terme of Seavon yeares And also well & Sufficiently
save harmlesse & indempnified the Said Churchwardens & Overseers of
the poore of the Said parish of St. Clement Danes & their Successors for the
time being and all the Inhabitants of the Said parish which now are &
hereafter Shall be of & from the Charge of keeping & maintaineing the
said Apprentice dureing the Said terme & of & from all accons Suites and
taxacons for or by reason of the Said apprentice in any manner of wise
Then this Obligacon to be void & of none effect or else to Stand in full force
& Vertue
