The Condicon of this Obligacon is such That Whereas the Churchwardens above named
John Henley< no role > John Hughes< no role > John Lacey< no role > & Samll. Whitmore< no role > Overseers of the poore of
the parish of St. Clemt. Danes aforesaid with the assent of two Justices of ye peace
according to the Statute in that case made & provided have putt Anne Harriotts< no role >
apprentice to Mary Iles< no role > & have given with her Fifty Shillings If therefore
the abovebound Mary Iles< no role > & Thomas Stone< no role > or either of them their or either of their
Executors or Administrs: doe well & sufficiently provide for keepe & maintain the
said Apprentice in by & with all & all manner of needfull & necessary Meale
drink washing lodging apparrell & all other necessaryes & meete & convenient
for Such an Apprentice dureing all the said terme of Eight yeares And also
well & sufficiently save defend keepe harmlesse & indempnified the said
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poore & their Successors: for the time being
and all the Inhabitants of the said Parish which now are & hereafter shall be
of & from the Charge of keeping & maintaineing the said apprentice
dureing the said terme & off & from all accons suites & taxacons whatsoever
which the said parishionrs: of St. Clemt. Danes aforesaid or any of them
shall or may susteyne nicurr or be putt unto for or by reason of the
said Apprentice in any manner of wise then his Obligacon to be void
& off none effect or else to be & remaine in full force & vertue
