The Condicon of this Obligacon such that Whereas the Churchwardens above
named William Bine< no role > Charles Prattin< no role > William Dodd< no role > & Edward Walter< no role > Overseers
of the poore of the Parish of St. Clement Danes in the County of Middx with the
assent of two Justices of the peace according to the Statute in that case made and
pvided have putt Frances Taft< no role > apprentice to John Wilson< no role > & have given with the
said apprentice Thirty Shillings If therefore the above bound John Wilson< no role > &
Thomas Manasty< no role > or either of them or either of their Execrs. or Administrs doe
& shall well & sufficiently keepe & maintaine the said Apprentice in by & with
all & all manner of needfull & necessary meate drink washing lodging apparell
linnen & all other necessaryes meet & convenient dureing the terme of Eight yeares
And also well & sufficiently save harmlesse & indempnified the said Church
Wardens & Overseers of the poore of the said Parish of St. Clement Danes and
theire Successors for the time being and all the Inhabitants of the said Pish
which now are & hereafter may bee of & from the Charge of keeping &
maintaineing the said apprentice dureing the Said terme & of & from all
accons suites & taxacons whatsoever which the said Pishioners or any of
them shall or may Susteyne incurr or be putt unto for or by reason of the
Said apprentice in any manner of wise then this Obligacon to be void &
of none effect or else to be & remaine in full force & Vertue
