The Minutes of the last Meeting Read and Confirmed
Mr. Richard Pryor< no role >
at this Meeting appeared and took upon
him the Office of a Committeeman
The Clerk having laid before the Committee the Petition
of the Inhabitants of Clements Inn
Passage and they
having Considered thereof are of Opinion that the same
does not at present come within the Jurisdiction of this
Committee
The Clerk having laid before this Committee the Act of the 8th
George 2d. relative to Paveing Lincolns Inn
Fields Etc It is the
Opinion of this Committee that the Paveing of Portugal Street
be postponed and that the Clerk apply to the Commissioners
for their Opinion thereon
A Question being put whether any other Person than Mr.
Bannister shall in future give Orders to the several Tradesmen
for the doing business It was unanimously Ordered that no other
Person that Mr. Bannister shall give such Order
