Upper Moore Fields Watch Finisher on his Oath
saith that on the second or third day of March last
Dept. was drinking at a Publick House the Sign of
the three Colts in Worships Street Hog Lane road
in the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
in the
County of Middx kept by William Johnson< no role >
says that

a soldier
(whom Dept. apprehends was quartered
at that House) came in, sat down in a Chair, and
began to rake out the Fire in the publick Drinking
Room where Deponent and other Company were sitting
that after calling for Victuals which Mrs. Johnson
supplied him with he insisted for more, and she
informed him [..] he should have more when
he had ate what was before him, says that while
Mrs. Johnson was gone up Stairs to put her Child
to Bed Mr. Johnson came in, and deced spoke to
Mr. Johnson for more Victuals, who told the deced he
should have it, and he had more, and demanded
five Pints of Drink, three of which the deced had
and wasted Part of them. says the deced sat upon
Table before the Company and behaved in a very
rude and insolent Manner upon which the Land lord
Mr. Johnson desired deced to be quiet, says the deced
downed the Company and said he would do as he
pleased, after Mr. Johnson had a second time bid the
deced to be quiet, the deced got up from a Seat on
which he was sitting and came up to Mr. Johnson
who was then sitting, and called Mr. Johnson divers
a Fronting Names. says Mr. Johnson gave the deced
a gentleShePush and desired deced to set down
