to Wit


An Inquisition indented, taken for our Sovereign Lord the King
at the Parish of St. George Hanover Square in the Liberty of the Dean and Chapter of the Collegiate Church
of St. Peter at Westminster , in the County of Middlesex , the Twenty sixth day of March in the Second Year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third by the grace of God of Great Britain France and
Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth, before Thomas Prickard< no role > His Majesty's Coroner for
the said City and Liberty, on View of the Body of William Fagin< no role > (suspected to be Murdered) then and there lying Dead
upon the Oath of Thomas Morgan< no role > , Joshua Tafft< no role > , Hugh Munshall< no role > , Thomas Cross< no role > , Thomas Shields< no role > ,
Edward Jones< no role > , John Hoffmaster< no role > , Philip Morley< no role > ,Richard Edwards< no role > , James Goldswain< no role >
William Burley< no role > & James Worney< no role > , good and lawful Men of the said Liberty duly chosen, and who
being then and there duly Sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King, when, how, and by
what means the said William Fagin< no role > came to his Death, do upon their Oath say, That on the
Nineteenth day of this instant March the said William Fagin was brought a Patient to the Duke
of Cumberland's Hospital near Pimlico in the Parish of St. George Hanover Square in the said Liberty
of Westminster being Sick and Disordered, And that on the twentieth day of the same Month
the said William Fagin died a natural Death in the said Hospital. In Witness whereof
as well the said Coroner, as the said Thomas Morgan< no role > Foreman of the said Jurors, on the
behalf of himself and the rest of his said Fellows, in their presence, have to this Inquisition
set their Hands and Seals, the Day Year and Place above mentioned.
