To any one of the Constables of the Parish of Saint
George Hanover Square within the Liberty of Westmr .
in the said County.

By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Persons of yourParishes, Liberty personally to
be and appear before me, on this present Friday the twenty Sixth Day
of March by Six of the Clock in the after noon of
the same Day, at the House of Mr. John Douglas< no role > known
by the Sign of the Hercules Pillars near High Park
Corner in the said Parish and Liberty
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of William Fagin< no role >
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under my Hand and Seal this 26th. Day of March in
the Year of our Lord 17 62.
