Treasurer towards defraying the great expences of
this Hospital.

Proposal of the Stewards

[..] caraty of Provisions.

The Treasurer reported that several of the
Stewards of the Annual dinner having proposed
that on Account of the present Scarcity of
Provisions the same be not had and such Proposal
meeting with the approbation of the Grand
Committee at a Meeting of such Committee on the
21st.. instant the Committee had accordingly
resolved that the same should not be had on this
day and that the Proposal for omitting the dinner
for the present year should be submitted to the
consideration of this Court.
