We the Grand Committee appointed for
the management of the affairs of this Hospital
do report our proceedings therein since the last
Annual General Court held the 30th. day of July
1794

Leases.

We have granted Leases to the following
persons Vizt.

To Mr. James Hall< no role >

To Mr. James Hall< no role > of the New Inn in the Old Bailey
being the part of the Premises lately in Lease to Thomas
Bishop< no role > in Mr. Hall's possession (which Lease expired
at Michaelmas 1793 and for which Premises Mr.
Hall paid a Rent of £51..13..4 Per Annum for a
term of 21 Years from the expiration of such Lease
at a Rent of £100 Per Annum clear of the Landtax
and all other taxes and deductions. Mr. Hall to
expend £650 at least in Repairs and to insure at
£1800. Mr. Hall to relinquish at any time during
his Lease upon three Month's notice to be given to
him by the Hospital so much of the Ground abutting
upon the Fleet Prison Wall as extends from North
