Midsummer 1793 at a Rent of £50 Per Annum clear of
the Landtax and all other taxes and deductions. Mr. Weston
to expend about £1400 in rebuilding both Houses according
to a Plan to be approved of by the Hospital Surveyor. The
front of Mr. Weston's house to the Borough to be reduced
four feet in width Southward diminishing Eastward
to a point terminating at Mr. Knowles's House. Mr.
Weston to insure at £1000.

To Mr. Thomas Poynder< no role > of the Ground on the North
side of St. Thomas's Street extending Westward from the
Vestry of the Church about 60 feet and from North to
South to the Hospital Wall about 30 feet upon the
average (being the Ground upon which the Houses stood
which have been taken down for the purpose of widening
St. Thomas's Street ) for a term of 61 Years from Lady
day 1793 at a Pepper corn rent for the first year
and at a Rent of £21 Per Annum clear of the Landtax
and all other taxes and deductions for the remainder of
the term. Mr.. Poynder to build thereon two houses
agreably to a Plan to be approved of by the Hospital
Surveyor.
