Outgoings Mrs. Gordon surrendering her present Lease
(of which about seven years are unexpired) and
agreeing that the several fixtures which are her property
and enumerated by Mr. Dugleby (who was employed
by the Hospital to survey the Premises) in his Survey
shall be Scheduled with and considered as Part of
the fixtures belonging to the Hospital and become
the Hospital property. Also insuring and
keeping insured the Premises at such a Sum as Mr.
Dugleby shall think proper

Mr. John Howell< no role >

To Mr. John Howell< no role > tenant of the two Houses
in the Borough High Street adjoiningtothe North
side of the Hospital Gateway (held by him under a
Lease granted to Messrs. Lardner and Baratty which
will expire at Lady day 1798. at a rent of £90
P Annm. clear of the Land tax and all other taxes)
for a term of 21 years from the expiration of such
Lease at a rent of £120.. P Annm. clear of the land tax
and all other taxes and outgoings. Mr. Howell to
keep and leave the Premises in repair and insuring
at the sum of £1000.

to Mr. Poynder of Ground in St. Thomas's Street
