the Hospital Surveyor and to insure at £900.

House in Botolph Lane (held by him under a Lease for a
term of 21 Years which will expire at Michaelmas 1792 at a
rent of £13 per Annum) for a term of 21 Years from that time
at a Rent of £16 Per Annum clear of the Landtax and all
other taxes and deductions. Mr,, Read to expend at least
£54 in repairs within the first three years of the term to
the satisfaction of the Hospital Surveyor and to insure at
£200.

To Mr. John Peters< no role > a Lease of the House in the
Borough adjoining to the South side of the Hospital (held by
him under a Lease for a term of 21 years which will expire
at Lady day 1792 at a Rent of £65 per Annum) for a term
of 21 years from that time at his Present Rent of £65 clear of
Landtax and all other deductions. Mr. Peters to keep the
Premises in repair and to insure at £1000.
