To Messrs. Gyfford & Etc.


To Messrs. Gyfford and Co. Brewers of a Public house
in the Old Bailey called The Pitts Head and George (Part of
the Premises in Lease to Thomas Bishop< no role > which will expire
at Michaelmas 1793) for a term of 21 years from that time
at a Rent of £30 per Annum clear of all taxes and
deductions. Messrs. Gyfford and Co.. to expend at least £200
in repairs and to insure at £

£20 given to Treasr.

We have agreed to allow £20 to the Treasurer of the
Charity of St. Thomas's Parish towards enabling the Charity
to pay some debts it had incurred by rebuilding part of
the Charity School .

Gratuity to Mr.
Whitfield


We have allowed Mr.. Whitfield the Apothecary a Gratuity
of £50 for his extraordinary Services for the last Year

Allowance of 4
Guineas each to the
Sisters and Nurses
of the clean wards.

We have allowed four Guineas each to be paid at or
before Christmas next to such three of the Sisters and to
Such three of the Nurses of the clean Wards of this
Hospital as shall in the judgement of the Phsicians a
Surgeons the Apothecary Steward and Matron appear
to have conducted themselves in their respective Offices
most to their satisfaction
