To Mr. Joseph Stone< no role > of Pinner Park Farm in the
Parishes of Harrow and Little Pinner in Middlesex
(held by him under a Lease to Edward Cole< no role > for a term
of 21 years which will expire at Michs. 1791 at a
Rent of £150 per Annum) for 21 years from that
time determinable by the Hospital or Mr. Stone at
the expiration of the first 7 or 14 years of the term
upon twelve months Notice at a Rent of £250 per
Annum clear of the Landtax and all other taxes
and deductions. Mr. Stone to expend £80 at least in
Repairs within the first two years of the term to the
satisfaction of the Hospital Surveyor and to insure
at such a Sum as he shall think necessary The
Hospital to reimburse to Mr. Stone a proportionable
part of the expence he shall incur in laying down the
Field called Hedstone Shaw in case the Hospital
shall determine the Lease at the expiration of the first
7 years.
