Court of the Governors of St,, Thomas's
Hospital.

We the Grand Committee appointed for the
management of the affairs of this Hospital do Report our
Proceedings therein since the last Annual General Court
held the 27th. day of July 1791.

Leases

We have granted Leases to the following Persons
Vizt.

Mr. Peter Lovejoy< no role >

To Mr. Peter Lovejoy< no role > a Book binder a Lease of a House in
the Old Bailey formerly in Lease toLister for 21 years to
commence from Lady day 1792 at a Rent of £18 per Annum
clear of the Landtax and all other taxes and deductions. Mr.
Lovejoy to expend at least £80 in repairs within the first three
years of the term to the satisfaction of the Hospital Surveyor
and to insure at £300.

To Mr. Francis Morley< no role > a Lease of a House in Cheapside
(held by him under a Lease for a term of 21 Years which will
