or Dwelling houses in front and other substantial Buildings
behind to the satisfaction of the Hospital Surveyor and to

that Mr. Cawley had agreed to surrender his Lease and to pay
Mr. Bunnett and his Partners a certain Sum towards such
Buildings as a compensation for the destruction of the former
houses by Fire which he had omitted to insure which it was
incumbent upon him to do under the Covenants of his Lease
provided the Committee would agree to accept such Surrender
and grant them such Lease.
