We have ordered some old Arrears which were adjudged
desperate to be struck of from the Hospital Account and
carryed into the Account of desperate Debts.
We taking notice that Mr. Jonathan Welch< no role >

of this Hospital has behaved himself very diligently for the
year past do recommend it to this Court that he may have a
Gratuity of Ten pounds paid by Mr. Treasurer
We have order'd Green Staves to be sent to the following
